01 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires something different:
- "juwa777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the juwa777 brand, the website at juwa777.ws and all services offered through it.
- "You" / "the Player" / "the User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with or uses any service provided by juwa777.
- "Account" — refers to the personal account created by a Player on juwa777 through the registration process.
- "Balance" — refers to the real money PKR funds held in a Player's account, exclusive of any bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable balance through wagering.
- "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spin winnings or matched bonus amounts credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as real money.
- "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the only currency in which juwa777 operates all financial transactions.

02 Eligibility & Registration
Age Requirement

If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds will be withheld pending investigation. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account at juwa777. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original may be closed and any associated balances and bonus funds cancelled without notice.
Accurate Information
When you register, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. juwa777 may request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
03 Account Management
Account Security
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your juwa777 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact juwa777 support immediately at [email protected]. juwa777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Verification (KYC)
juwa777 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid CNIC (National Identity Card), proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal or at any point we consider necessary. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practice. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended.
Account Closure
You may request closure of your juwa777 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after KYC confirmation. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned. juwa777 may also close an account at our discretion if it is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

04 Deposits & Payments
juwa777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and juwa777 does not perform currency conversion. The accepted payment methods are Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
Deposit Limits

Deposit Processing
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your juwa777 account within seconds under normal conditions. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are typically instant. juwa777 does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Failed Deposits
If a deposit does not appear in your juwa777 account within the expected timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the first transaction has been confirmed or rejected.
05 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from juwa777 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawal Conditions
Only real-money balance (not unconverted bonus funds) is withdrawable. juwa777 does not deduct fees from withdrawals on its end; however your payment provider may charge a receiving fee. 06 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable real money. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the Promotions page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — expired bonuses are cancelled with no cash equivalent.
Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate — the exact contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's specific terms on the juwa777 Promotions page.
Bonus Abuse
juwa777 monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering with minimal risk. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds cancelled and may be permanently suspended.
Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active
While you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, the maximum bet per spin or per round is Rs 500 (or as stated in the specific promotion terms). Placing bets above this limit while clearing a bonus may result in winnings being voided and the bonus being cancelled.
07 Betting Rules
Placing Bets
All bets placed on juwa777 are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the exact moment of acceptance — any delay between your selection and the system confirmation means the odds at confirmation time apply.
Void Bets
juwa777 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly displayed in error, where the event outcome was known before the bet was placed, or where a system error resulted in incorrect markets being offered. In the case of a void, the staked amount is returned to your balance.
Maximum Winnings
juwa777 applies maximum payout limits across sports and casino products. These limits are displayed within the relevant section before a bet is placed. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum on any single event or game round will be capped at the limit, not cancelled entirely.
Minimum Stakes
Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing. As a general guide the minimum single sports bet is Rs 50. Parlays and accumulators have individual minimum leg requirements as shown in the bet slip.
08 Casino Games
All casino games at juwa777 — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual sports and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or involve physical cards and wheels operated by live dealers. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the platform or the player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a casino game round, juwa777 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to your account. Winnings from rounds that cannot be verified through server logs will not be paid.
Live Casino

09 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on juwa777. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account under any name or identity
- Using another person's payment method to fund your account
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with juwa777
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes

10 Intellectual Property
All content on juwa777 — including the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of juwa777 or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any juwa777 content without prior written permission.
Third-party game content (slots, live casino interfaces, virtual sports) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. juwa777 operates under licence agreements with these providers and any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of those agreements as well as these Terms and Conditions.
11 Privacy & Data

12 Responsible Gaming
